Due to the building being grade 1 listed, some areas are less well lit than others.

Essential companions go free, however as a charity, all donations are welcomed. The nearest Changing Places toilet is at the Ada Belfield Centre Belper Library.

We welcome assistance dogs.

Please note that due to the historic nature of the site, the basement of the North Mill cannot be accessed with a wheelchair.
